Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 (incl. weekends) days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original condition that you received it; unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and damage free. This condition includes being free of deodorant, perfume, scents, odors (including tobacco smoke), and makeup marks or stains. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these requirements. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
Refunds or exchanges will be made in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 10 days for return processing.
To start a return or an exchange, contact us at shop@belladinisboutique.com to obtain a Return Authorization. The Return/Exchange authorization will be sent to you by email after appropriately contacting us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 689, Clements, CA 95227 (USPS only). The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us without authorization, we will hold these items for 10 days, and may be returned to the customer at their expense. Items will be donated if they remain unclaimed after 10 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged or defective please email us and send a photo of the damage or defect to: shop@belladinisboutique.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings, soaps, and lotions are not returnable due to hygienic reasons. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products,).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, mark-down items, or gift cards. Sales are final on all markdown and clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
